First time visiting Grille 3501. We called with an hour to open and they wanted us to wait until 8:30 for a party of 15, but was able to accommodate us at 4pm. The food was delicious and Gina our server was excellent. All 15 people in our party enjoyed their meals and would definitely come back again.
Our first job with Bob Dubree and his crew was in 1996 when he finished our basement in our townhome. The job was done in time and within budget. Bob worked with us to provide solutions to some interesting requests that we had made. We agreed that any future projects would include a quote from Creative Contracting. We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had the leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. On the day the job started, I stayed home for 1/2 a day and was in the other room. I could hear Adam explaining to DJ what they were doing, why they were doing it and how they would do it. It was the best example of someone teaching his craft to an apprentice with such patience. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed. The crew went out of their way to make sure the job was done right and worked with our schedule to make it happen. We will continue to recommend Creative Contracting to everyone we meet. Thank you.

I've had Creative Contracting complete major renovations on two separate homes. The fist was a kitchen, family room and half bath in 2001. The design ques initiated by Bob and carried out by his team were timeless and enabled us to sell the home in just over a week in 2015. The second home was the house my parents had built in the late 70s, and included combining the kitchen and dining room with a new layout for all the appliances, relocating and removing walls, new flooring on the entire fist floor, major reworking in electrical and plumbing, new construction windows and doors and completely residing the entire house. It was a very aggressive timeline to complete, as we wanted to move in with ample time to acclimate before school started for our kids. Everything was completed in time and any issues that arose were dealt with promptly.
