Very fast and professional. Dropped off my SUV and 12 days later it was ready. And they washed, waxed, and detailed the entire car inside and out including the tires and rims! I will definitely use them again if I have another accident. UPDATE: Well it happened again with my new 2015 Yukon Denali XL. Same results as last time from this amazing company. I will always recommend them and their team. I would give them ten stars if I could. Best service anywhere.
The lack of communication is not okay. It took almost 2 months for my husband's truck to be fixed and I had to call over and over again after each estimated time was not met. The lady at the admore location seemed to be irritated that I was calling for a status update. I had originally took took truck to the Del City location but it was taken to the admore location to be fixed. The lack of communication is definitely a problem.
I know I'm a female and it is implied that I know nothing about cars, but I was raised to know how to diagnose a car off of sound and driving a vehicle. I can thank my dad, which could repair anything that had an engine, and my mom for working at a body shop for a number of years. So when I drop my car off here after I was rear-ended, I have certain expectations. The first problem Collision Works in Del City has is lack of communication. I should not have to call to find out if they have done their job. Secondly, I don't think I was ever rude to them, but the service advisor assigned to my vehicle seemed like he could careless if he had my business. Most of the time he had the receptionist return my calls because he was either with a customer or out of the office. They are over priced. They quoted me a price for a part which I know how much it cost, because I called around before having them replace it. The initial quote was 60% higher than every where I found it, but I didn't have time to replace the part myself so I was willing to pay. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for installation for this part since it was on backorder. By the time they installed it and I go to pick up my car, I was charged double what the part cost. Another $30 in tax apparently was added to the quoted price. I don't know what the tax is, but $30 on a part that was quoted at $135 seems high to me. Anyway, all in all my car is fixed (hopefully) and I do not recommend Collision Works in Del City, nor will I have them fix anything else.
